Your brain. It's what controls your body.

You need oxygen supply to all parts of your body to survive. Without your lungs, heart, and circulatory system you would not be able to do this. And even though your brain directs these functions it needs oxygen to function. The most important thing a paramedic can do when trying to revive you is to keep the blood and oxygen moving by pumping your chest. This helps to keep your body alive, even though you are not breathing. I think there are more than one 'most important' parts.
