Depending on how you veiw the Periodic Table, then Groups IVA to VIA or groups 14 to 16 contain both metals and non metals.

Groups IIIA (13) and VIIA (17) contain metals/metalloid and non metal/metalloid so wouldn't count in the context of your question.
