To take a screenshot in Word 2007, first, ensure the window you want to capture is open. Press the "Print Screen" (PrtScn) key on your keyboard to capture the entire screen, or "Alt + Print Screen" to capture just the active window. Then, open your Word document, place the cursor where you want the image, and press "Ctrl + V" to paste the screenshot. You can resize or edit the image as needed after pasting.
