The fuse for the fog lamps on a 95 Nissan Pathfinder are located in the main fuse panel. This can be found near the hood release on the driver's side.
Fuse panel is located on the passenger compartment dash, just to the right side of the (open) lower glove box. Fuse diagram should be on back of panel cover, but cant swear to it as I no longer own my '06 Pathfinder.

Begin by removing the inside door panel of your Pathfinder. The entire window mechanism will be visible. Clear any foreign objects from the window track path.
if the guage was working intermitently there is a resistor behind the panel. its about a two hour job if i remember correctly, and not to diccicult for a weekend wrench turner.
On a 1991 Nissan Pathfinder, the factory amp should be located behind the right-rear speaker. It may also be located in the quarter panel area, behind the plastic cargo detachment.
On ours, it is behind an access panel in front of the RH tire.
