the ink will run because ink is made up of diffrent colours and pencil does not
At lower temperature, the ink will get thicker and flow slower, making the pen write longer but thinner. At higher temperature the ink will get thinner and run faster, making the pen write shorter but richer.
Many reasons: Ball-point pens are simply more convenient. They don't leak and the ink lasts for much longer. Ink replacement is almost unnecessary because buying a replacement ballpoint pen is so cheap. Ballpoint pens can be kept almost anywhere without fear that ink will leak or dry out. Fountain pens, on the other hand, must be constantly cleaned out and refilled. Ballpoint pens are much cheaper to produce. They can be made almost entirely of plastic, unlike fountain pens. Ballpoint pens are also easier to mass-produce without having to craft nibs separately. While fountain pens are used for fancy writing and have overall better ink quality, they take much longer to dry. This causes them to smear easily and sometimes run down the paper, easily ruining the work. One last but less obvious reason is that since fountain pens are designed to be pulled and not pushed across the paper, a left-handed person cannot use one without wearing down the nib faster and likely tearing the paper. That's because a left-handed person rights from left-to-right, pushing the pen across the paper as he writes. The current selections of left-handed fountain pens are quite limited and uncommon to see. As you can see, a ballpoint pen has none of the problems that a fountain pen has, sacrificing a little fanciness and legibility. Most people these days don't mind at all. After all, they're so abundant that you can keep them everywhere.
Brand new: Anywhere between $15,000 and 30,000 for an attractive, colorful one. Used: Typically just under $10,000, and going up, depending on how old it is, how much use it's had and how attractive it is. Basket and Accessories can run another 4,000 to 6,000.

This depends entirely upon the type of pen. Some pens use ink cartridges that you can change out. Some are designed to be thrown away once they run out of ink. Some decorative pens must be dipped into ink in order to write.
pens can run out of ink and penilces you can ree sharpin nit if it brack
One of the main disadvantages is that you cannot erase a pen. Once you've written something in pen it stays there. Another one is if you press to hard the ink could go through the page onto the table or whatever you're writing on. Also, a pen can run out of ink. Unlike a pencil you can't sharpen a pen.

HP ink is the best ink you can buy it doesn't run out fast. It last a very long time. If you are a person who prints a lot I suggest you go get some HP ink so you can save money.
Is this true? I can imagine scenarios where this might happen, but I would think the type of pen is important to the question.
Some alternatives to Canon PG40 ink are Canon Pixma iP1700 ink and Canon PGI-5BK ink. All inks with the brand name Canon in them can be used as an alternative ink, it can however damage your printer in the long run.
- get a new one - re-fill the ink - ask someone if you can borrow one - if you want you could just snap it in half ( if you're bored) =P
printer ink is generally not too expensive. i think most brands run anywhere from about $20-$40. depending on type and quality. hp brand im sure is no different.
Because the ink from the pen will run and smear during the chromatography but the pencil mark is not affected.
