I am one of the people who disagrees with Jack Horner's plan to bring back dinosaurs. I have no doubt that people could create a genetically engineered bird that looked like a theropod. However, it would not be a real dinosaur, so it wouldn't actually give us what we want (a real dinosaur). Besides that, even though I think cloning is okay in some cases, I am against any kind genetic engineering (there are countless dangers involved in it).
