As you can imagine, the list of these would take a long time to write out. We will only have discovered a small amount of actual planets that fit this description though.

The question seems reversed. All but two of the planets have at least one moon. The only planets that don't have any moons are Mercury and Venus.

A 'dub' is when different voices (usually ones in a different language) are used instead of the original. The original voices in One Piece are Japanese so all English versions are dubbed versions.
