I work at a dollar tree and once in awhile i tend to find a bunch of old japanese packs for a dollar so if theres a dollar tree anywhere in your area id check them out

You could get rock star clothes from TCG Booster Packs. The Rocker Pants, however you get from Physical Booster Packs and I'm not quite sure if they still sell them. But there's an air-guitar emote in the emotes place. You could just type in /airguitar in the chat box.

You can also often find booster packs, as well as, pre-constructed 60 card decks at Wal-Mart and Target.
