The only planet close in size to the moon is Mercury, the closest planet to the sun.

The mean radius of the moon is 1737.10 km

The mean radius of Mercury is 2439.7 km

There are many dwarf planets that are close in size to the moon, but that would be another question.

Pluto is the smallest planet meaning that is is closest to the size of our moon. Pluto is 0.181 times the size of the earth while the moon is 0.273 times of the earth (Earth being 1.0). But since a few years ago Pluto was declassified as a planet meaning that it is no longer a classified planet. So now Mercury is the planet that is closest to the size of our moon.

By the way both Mercury and Pluto are on opposite sides of the solar system. (Closest and farthest from the sun).

The smallest planet, Mercury, has a diameter closest to the size of our moon, 1405 km larger than our moons diameter. If we include dwarf planets though, Eris is closest in size, with a mean diameter 1148km smaller than our moon's.

The moons mean diameter in km3474Eris' mean diameter in km2326Mercury's mean diameter in km4879

What are considered a double planet?

A double planet describes two bodies of similar size and mass that are in orbit (not necessarily around each other) . The Earth and Moon would not be considered a double planet because of the great size and mass difference between the two. However, Pluto and its moon Charon COULD be classified as a double planet- both have similar sizes and mass, and orbit a point outside of one another.

What planet's moon is close to the size of the planet?

There is no such planet known. In our solar system, the planet whose moon is closest in size to the planet which it orbits is none other than our own planet Earth. However, the Moon is still much smaller than the Earth. Pluto has a Moon that's big, but Pluto isn't a "planet" now, of course.
