A flower doesn't eat. It uses soil, rain, and sunlight to get nutrients

Some plants do eat little insects but they are not flowers actually, even though some might looks like one but it is used to cofuse the bees.

They are eaten by greenflys but butterflys and bees take the pollen from them. Other herbivours eat them to.

Depending on the flower, many different bugs and animals. Right now we are trying to keep Japanese Beetles out of the roses, rabbits out of the day lilies, and deer away from the hostas.

The only flower that can really eat and digest its food is the Venus Flytrap.
