In order to prevent the Federal government in the US, from gaining too much power at the cost of the founding States to lose power, a republican view of the to be created Federal government, would have an internal mechanism for just that purpose. The founders saw that a "balance of power" among three branches of the new government would hinder anyone of its parts to gain an advantage over the other two, but also, prevent any of the three branches from gaining undue power over the States that created the central government. During its time, it was an outstanding and positive force as there was to preserve the freedom of its citizens.
I suppose anything that involes you trying to breathe under the water. Maybe ,, Scuba diving, Swimming etc.. etc..
Scuba diving is closely related to Pascal's principle, which states that a change in pressure applied to an enclosed fluid is transmitted undiminished throughout the fluid. As a diver descends, the pressure increases due to the weight of the water above, affecting both the diver and the air in their scuba tank. This principle is crucial for understanding how pressure affects the human body and the equipment used underwater, as divers must manage pressure changes to avoid issues like decompression sickness. Thus, Pascal's principle helps explain the behavior of gases and fluids in scuba diving environments.
Boyle's Law, Charles's Law, and Archimedes principle are the main principles. Study those and that should get you started.
In Houston, dumpster diving is not explicitly illegal, but it is subject to local ordinances that may restrict it. It's important to check with the city government or local authorities to understand the specific regulations and guidelines that pertain to dumpster diving in the area.
An example of Newton's Third Law of Motion is when a person jumps off a diving board. As the person pushes down on the diving board (action force), the diving board pushes back with an equal force, propelling the person into the air (reaction force). This demonstrates the principle that for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.
It is diving on a high diving board.

Free diving is diving without scuba. Skin diving means diving without a wetsuit or scuba. Since you can free dive without a wetsuit they can be the same thing but they are not necessarily always the same thing.
