Resistance in the circuit makes it difficult for current to pass through.
The magnetization current imposes an upper limit on the voltage applied to a transformer core due to the ability of the respective spark gap to extinguish. If too much current supply is available the spark gap becomes overheated. This makes it unable to "switch-off" when the high or elevated supply current is flowing through it.
Because inductance is only related to alternating current. Direct current doesn't induce eletrical current on a secondary coil placed on a primary coil, because there is no frequency generated by direct current, and all you get is a single electrical current flowing through the wire without interfering with a coil placed near to the primary coil. What makes all the difference is the cycles per second that only alternating current can generate.
it makes current wave more smooth
due to commutation the current in the coil reverses
You know there is a differnce. The dynamic short circuit is dynamic and the static short circuit is static. It's common sense really.dyanamic means when due to some external source theresistance becomes zero ,can be through anythin due to high supply of current or anything, the current in that circiut becomes infinite and that result s in short circuiting. Static short circuit means when through the different changes in the voltage makes the resistance zero and current infinite , V = I/R WHERE R= 0 AND CURRENT BECOMES INFINIT AND THAT RESULT IN A SHORT CIRCUIT

The person has a lien because they have a legal financial interest in the property. That makes 'protecting' the property very difficult without either purchasing their interest from them or having their interest removed through bankruptcy.
