No. Being a prophet refers to someone who performs prophecy, e.g. relaying the words of a divinity to other humans, not in saving people. A person can be a prophet and actually murder many or a person can save many people and not be a prophet. The two are not related.

It depends on the religion. In Christianity, Jesus is considered God and not a prophet because he is an incarnation of God Himself. In Islam, Jesus is considered to be prophet and not God Himself because God is singular and does not have associates.
