Abraham. Abraham knew that God had slated Sodom and Gomorrah for destruction because of how great their sin was, but he knew that in the city lived his nephew Lot and his family. So, after the pleading, it came down to the fact that only Lot and his family were worthy of saving and the rest of the people in those cities were destroyed. This is discussed in The Bible book of Genesis.

Moses pleaded for the people when they grumbled against God and Moses when they received the false report from the men who spied on Canaan. See Numbers Chapter 14. Also in Numbers Chapter 16 Moses pleaded again on behalf of the Israelites for God not to destroy them after Korah, Dathan, Abiram, and some Elders and Israelites rebelled against him.
