In Islamic tradition, there is no mention of Prophet Yusuf (Joseph) marrying Zulekha. The story commonly referenced is the attempted seduction by Zulekha and Prophet Yusuf's subsequent imprisonment due to her false accusations. Prophet Yusuf is depicted as a symbol of patience and steadfastness in the face of temptation.
Prophet Yusuf (peace be upon him) had enemies , which were: His brothers King But his brothers later became his friends (Read the full story to find out how) The prophet Yusuf (peace be upon him) was the youngest and most beloved child of his father (Ya'qoob peace and blessings be upon him) along with his brother Bin'yameen (Benjamin). Being the most beloved sons (out of other 11 brothers) made the other brothers jealous. They decided to kill him out of jealousy. One day they asked their father if they could take Yusuf to play with them. Ya'qoob was not sure as he did not want the other brothers to take his beloved son away from his eyes, finally, he agreed. When they went out (whilst discussing) a brother called out that instead of killing him we will leave him in a well and a caravan will take him away. Everyone agreed and they left him in a well. But they also decided to lie to their father and tell him he has passed away. So they killed a lamb and put it's blood stains on one Yusuf's T-Shirts (to show their father as proof/evidence). At night they went crying to their father and showed him the T-Shirt. They lied that whilst they had races, they left Yusuf to guard their possessions and a lamb killed him. Ya'qoob knew it was a lie as he could tell by the lamb's blood stains, but he didn't say anything and had patience and put his trust in Allah. Ya'qoob cried so much he became blind. Prophet Yusuf (peace be upon him) was found by a caravan who sold him as a slave in a market. He was bought by a King and was made to be in charge of the country's food. In Egypt there was a drought and there was no food or water, Prophet Ya'qoob sent his sons to Syria to get food for the family. Prophet Yusuf (peace be upon him) was selling them the food and asked them questions. The brothers did not recognise their brother Yusuf, but Yusuf recognised them. Prophet Yusuf (peace be upon him) put the money they gave for the food back in one of the brothers backpack (out of kindness). He asked them about their father, Bin'yameen and about himself (Yusuf). He said they would not give them food unless they brought their younger brother back (Bin'yameen). They went back and told their father, their father did not believe them (because of what happened to Yusuf) so he came with them. Putting Prophet Yusuf's T-Shirt on his eyes cured his blindness. The brothers recognised Yusuf and they all bowed down (This was an interpretation of a dream he had when he was younger, of the stars, sun and moon prostrating to him) I hope this helped!
