Not entirely sure what you mean but maybe this will help: In general the more pulleys you have in your system the less force you will need to apply to lift a certain load, in this case the system of pulleys is generally called a "block and tackle".

What is the ration to resistance force to effort force?

The effort required would be proportional to the resistance.

If the effort force for lever is 50 Newtons then what would be the resistance force Assme no friction IMAAMA?

the resistence force will be equal to 50 Newtons times the distance from the point of the effort force to the object along the lever.

How many pounds of effort force does a lever have if it has an effort arm of fifteen units long and a resistance arm of 10 units and can lift a 3-pound weight?

It would require (3 X 10)/15 = 2 lb to lift the 3 lb weight. Actually, something a little greater than that. 2 lb is the force to balance it. (Obviously, the lever "has" no force. It requires the force to lift the weight.)

Would passing or retrieving be better for exercise in soccer?

Passing would require more effort than receiving.

Where is the fulcrum resistance force and the effort force on a shovel?

The effort force is applied at the handle of the shovel. The fulcrum is where your other hand goes, lower down the shaft, and the fulcrum resistance would be where the load goes on the shovel, I.E the flat bit that you hit people with!
