its a fuse in the dash. i believe a yellow 20 amp. cant remember which one
The cruise control does not have a relay. The engine computer powers and controls the cruise.
There is no relay used on the speedometer circuit.
It controls the intermittent wipers
a relay does not control both dome light and the radio.
Check fuse and/or power relay that controls the speed control.
the fuse for your horn is located in the fuse box by your battery under the hood towards the left it should be towards the bottom of the fuse box its the yellow 20...dont know about the cruise control but you could check there
