The sacrament of Penance (Confession) cleanses us, so does Annointing of the Sick as well. Also, baptism in a way cleanses us too since it removes our original sin but it is not listed as a sacrament of healing.
Catholics believe that the Sacrament of Baptism forgives Original Sin and all personal sin.
You can receive the sacrament of Penance if you have any sin including not only mortal sins but venial sins as well. If you have sin, it is recommended but not necessary to receive the sacrament (Except for mortal sins where you must confess it)
There is no such thing. A sacrament is an outward sign of inward grace; a sin is a transgression; sin as a state or status is a defect, specifically estrangement from God, or an absence of grace. It does not necessarily have any outward manifestation. So, sin and sacramental objects, actions, or words are opposites. A "sacrament of sin" would be like saying the "blackness of white."
No you are freed from sin at Baptism. Confirmation is to confirm you as full member of church (dont ask me what the difference is). You are cleansed of sin when you confess to that specific sin and take penance.
If you are absolved in the sacrament of penance.
Sin entered the world.
Reconciliation
No. Only baptism washes away original sin.
No! sacrament is only a system that administered us and the sacramentals is the things that made the man pure without stain of sin.
The Church baptizes infants because they are born with original sin. They need to be freed from the power of the Evil One and brought into that realm of freedom which belongs to the children of God while the Adults is for those who did not receive this sacrament.
Baptism
Holy Orders is a sacrament in the Catholic Church where men are ordained as deacons, priests, or bishops to serve the Church and its members. It is considered a sacrament of vocation, where individuals are called to a life of service and leadership within the Church.
