The other scientist is the German scientist Julius Lothar Meyer.
Some people claim that the Englishman John Newlands also deserves credit. His tables were published a few years earlier, but they had serious problems and were (for good reason, in my view) not accepted by the chemical community.
Lothar Meyer, a German chemist, independently proposed a Periodic Table around the same time as Dmitri Mendeleev. His work, published in 1864, was similar to Mendeleev's and included the organization of elements based on their atomic weights and periodic patterns. However, Mendeleev's table gained more recognition and popularity in the scientific community.

It was Named after, the scientist, Dimitri Mendeleeve Who was the scientist that created the periodic table.
This scientist is the Russian chemist Dimitri Mendeleev.
Dmitri Ivanovich Mendeleev (1834 - 1907) is considered the father of the periodic table.
Dmitri Mendeleev performed his research during the year 1847.

Dmitri Mendeleev is credited with being the first scientist to arrange and classify elements into a chart. He was a Russian chemist who lived from 1834 to 1907.

Dmitri Mendeleev developed the first periodic table. But the modern table was developed by Henry Moseley.
