In my opinion I belief FAR is the most difficult. If you are an auditor, or have an affinity for numbers then this section shouldn't be too difficult and you should then concentrate on the REG, which is the next most difficult.
The long, difficult math exam was found to be grueling by even the most intelligent of the class.

As a CPA, I would say that it is difficult to judge something like that, because everybody's testing experience is relative. For example, I found the CPA exam to be difficult, but not nearly as tough as my peers led me to believe it would be. However, the pass-rates are less than 50%... I'd say this is most likely to both the quantity of the material, and the fact that most people studying for the exam are working long hours at full-time accounting jobs.
It can be either reasonably easy or very difficult, it's all subjective (but most agree that it's not an easy exam). Note that even if someone is a Project Manager for years, he or she can easily fail the exam if they only rely on their experience. The PMP is about studying, hard. Memorize the PBMOK, try to solve as many questions as possible, and you'll do fine.
If it's lost before a test or exam the fear and panic are what most people would feel.
Passing the EPA section 608 certification exam depends on whether you are taking the "open book" version (which is what most, if not all, online websites offer) or a proctored version (a class given in an actual classroom). Each section of the exam (Core, Type I, Type II, and Type III) has 25 questions. Everyone that takes the exam is required to take the Core plus at least one other section (Type I, Type II, or Type III). If you take, and pass, the Core plus all of the three remaining sections, you will receive Universal certification. For an "open book" exam, you must answer correctly 21 of 25 (84%) questions per section in order to pass that section. For a proctored exam, you must answer correctly 18 of 25 (72%) questions per section in order to pass that section.
