It's all a matter of opinion and taste so there is no factual answer for this question.
Harry Potter by far, in my opinion. The Warriors series has too many characters and is pretty confusing. Well, I can't really say which is better I suppose, because I never finished reading the Warriors series since I got bored on the first book.
In my opinion, Warriors is a much better option. It has more action and is far more entertaining; I could read a Warriors book every day. Unfortunately, the Erins don't write quite that fast. (:
