Are any of them working on either side? If so turn on and off lights and turn on and off signals and press brake pedal to find the positions of the sockets on the working lights. For more information on bulbs, see sources and related links below.
bulb number for taillights are 2057 on a 1991 civic dx.
Remove the socket from the rear of the fixture, remove faulty bulb from socket and replace with good bulb and replace socket in fixture. Fini!
probably because there is a bad Ground-clean the socket where the bulb goes & coat w/vasoline & if there is metal on the socket housig ,clean that.That is IF U have 12 volts going 2 the socket-the tag light work with the running lights.

Open the trunk. Turn the socket counterclockwise and remove. Then gently pull out the light bulb. Place the new bulb in the socket and replace the socket into the lens by turning clockwise. Replacement light bulb #3652.
replace the lamp socket they short in a strange way, it happened to me 3x. the socket carbonized from bulb heat
If it's anything like my 92 bird, to replace the signal lights you just pull back the carpet in the trunk and twist the deal that holds the bulb then pull it out. What if the bulb has broken or shattered but is still installed in the socket??
The side marker on a 1996 Honda Civic is replace by lifting the hood and locating the light housing. Once found unplug the bulb. Remove the old bulb and insert the new unit.
the bulb could be blown or a bad connection. find out if there is a current al the way to the bulb socket.
In 1984 Corolla sedan and coupe the brake lights are mounted in the trunk lid. Just grip the socket and turn counter clockwise 1/4 turn and the bulb and socket will come out, grasp bulb and another 1/4 turn bulb will come out. Sylvania Part № 7443LL 2 filament bulb (same bulb is tail lights)
could be the bulb is bad or the socket is corroded or the wiring to it is damaged.
lift the hood. look down towards the back side of headlight. you will see a socket with wires running off to the wiring harness. get hold of socket and twist. left or right, whichever way it turns. pull socket out and you will see bulb. pull bulb out of socket.put shop gloves on, and insert new bulb in socket. then replace socket in headlight fixture. if you touch new bulb with bare fingers. the oil in your skin will make bulb explode when you turn lights on.
