Some photo developers are able to put the pictures onto a CD and then you could do digital printing. You could also scan the photo into the computer and then use digital printing.

To use the camera you need software too use it. If you search your computer you will probably find some crapware webcam photo taker. If not download some webcam software that can take pictures, like Google's Picassa.
