My opinion is that oshawatt is the starter pokemon because it is the most well rounded

∙ 12y agoThere is no best or worst Pokemon in Pokemon. (Other than legendaries) it's like rock papaer scissors. However, there are few fire type Pokemon in the game compared to water or grass.
