UPDATE:
That information is no longer being kept. There may be some ongoing cases in limited locations around the world, including in the US. However, the specifics and counts of cases are no longer being tracked by CDC, WHO, the US states, and most other countries, now that the pandemic has been declared over. Influenza cases are monitored, but specific H1N1/09 counts (and the lab tests needed to isolate the specific virus to be able to count them correctly) aren't being done. Influenza cases in general are monitored, but statistics are not being kept for H1N1/09 cases separately from other influenza types for reporting any longer in the post pandemic phase.
To get up-to-date confirmed Swine Flu cases go to the Centers for Desease Control and Prevention (CDC) website and they have a list of what states have confirmed cases and how many in each state. They also have listed what states have had people die from the Swine Flu. The link is under related links.

All of the US States have had epidemics of swine flu and many continue to still have cases in September 2009. It is expected that a new wave of the Pandemic flu will hit the US again during the regular flu season along with the strains that are expected to be the seasonal flus this year.
The swine flu is widespread everywhere in the US right now. There are only a couple of states reporting reginol outbreaks. You can find flu maps on the CDC web site as well as google.
