Some ribosomes can be found floating free in the cytoplasm, while others are bound to the rough endoplasmic reticulum. (The name "rough" actually indicates the presence of ribosomes, against the "smooth" appearance of the smooth endoplasmic reticulum, which lacks ribosomes). There are several types of ribosomes,(rRNA = ribosomal RNA, mRNA = messenger RNA, tRNA = transfer RNA), all of which has its distinct job in the synthesizing process of protein. Information of regarding this process can be found on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Protein_synthesis Ribosomes are considered "non-membranous organelles", as they differ from other organelles which are membrane-bound.
The ribosomes.
Ribosomes are cell organelles that are responsible for making proteins.

ribosomes
The mRNA molecules carry the coded instructions for making proteins from the nucleus out to the ribosomes.
The ribosomes synthesize amino acids into proteins by following coded instructions from the nucleus. They are contained within the Rough Endoplasmic Reticulum.
Genes are coded into the the DNA in the nucleus of a cell.
A gene is a length of DNA that carries information in an organism. DNA is constructed in a double helix, like a ladder twisted into a spiral. The rings of the ladder are made of four bases - A,C,G and T. A gene is a unique sequence of these bases. Genes are used in an organism for the production of a protein - proteins are made of amino acids linked together, and the gene codes for their order.

Enzymes are proteins and all proteins are coded for and produced by the nucleus/ribosomes.

Yes most of the enzymes are proteins. There are a few RNA enzymes known as ribozymes exist. Proteins are all coded in DNA in the nucleus.
