The Pancreas and the Liver (bile).
Small intestine
There are 2 organs in the digestive system which secrete juices- STOMACH:It secretes gastric juice which contains pepsin for Protein digestion. SMALL INTESTINE:It is the site for the complete digestion. The intestinal juice finally breaks down carbohydrates to glucose, proteins to amino acids and fats to fatty acids or glycerol.
Absorbtion of proteins occurs in the small intestine. Digestion starts in the stomach.
No there are not. Villi are there for absorbing nutrients and protein in the small intestine and are part of absorption in the digestive system.
Liver juices-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Not liver juices. Why would there be liver juices in the intestine? Its called Meconium. Since it is a fetal pig, meaning that it was still in the placenta when it was killed (to be used as a dissection, of course), it didnt use the digestive system because it didnt eat. Instead, what when through the stomach and intestines was meconium. Meconium is like urine, water, hair, and any cells, mucus, and bile.Hope this helped!-kutekat215
The digestive system is a series of hollow organs joined in a long, twisting tube from the mouth to the anus. Inside this tube is a lining called the mucosa. In the mouth, stomach, and small intestine, the mucosa contains tiny glands that produce juices to help digest food. Two solid organs, the liver and the pancreas, produce digestive juices that reach the intestine through small tubes. In addition, parts of other organ systems (for instance, nerves and blood) play a major role in the digestive system.
the pancreas works with the small intestine and the liver. It works with the liver by sending the hormones that it makes to the liver. The pancreas makes insulin and glucagon. If the blood sugar is high, the pancreas sends out insulin. The liver reads this and it will store glucose(sugar). Glucagon tells the liver to release glucose when the blood sugar is high. The pancreas works with the small intestine because it makes digestive juices that are sent into the small intestine. The juices help break down food.
The large intestine is part of the digestive system.

"Produce digestive juices" Digestive juices are produced by your body in your mouth (saliva) stomach (acids) and in many other places down your digestive system, they help break down the food we eat and the other things we drink or take (eg:drugs/medication). If there were no digestive juices our body would not be able to use our food for our advantage
