Prophase
The most obvious structure that an animal cell has that plant cells do not is Centrioles. Centrioles are structures that are important for DNA segregation when a cell undergoes mitosis. Centrioles are associated with the spindle the filaments that help pull apart the chromosomes. Not a whole lot is understood about centrioles. Here is a website which I thought was useful in this regard. hope this helped xx
Spindle fibers attach to structures called kinetochores, which are located at the centromere of each chromosome. Kinetochores play a key role in chromosome movement by interacting with the spindle fibers and helping to pull the paired chromosomes apart during cell division.

anaphase
During the prophase stage of mitosis, the centrioles move apart from each other to opposite poles of the cell. This movement helps to form the spindle fibers that will later attach to and separate the chromosomes during cell division.
The cell structure is useful in determining if an animal or a plant. A plant has chloroplast, a central vacuole, cellulose and a cell wall, giving it a sort of square shape. An animal cell has lysosome, centrioles and cilia.
The organelles in question are the centrioles. During cell division, the centrioles move to oppose poles of the cell and synthesise the microtubules that make up the spindle apparatus, which separates the sister chromatids during the stage of anaphase.

Centrioles are associated with the spindle - the filaments that help pull apart the chromosomes.Additionally, though both plant and animal cells have vacuoles, and lysosomes, animal cells have many more of each. Plant cells often have one large vacuole while animal cells have many small ones. Lysosomes are an important organelle for digestion of waste materials and food. Animal cells tend to have more of these as well.Animal cells can have Flagellum or Cillia, plant cells do not
They are the little spindles that help pull the cell apart.
Centrioles are involved in producing the microtubules that make up the mitotic spindle during cell division. They help organize and separate chromosomes during mitosis and are essential for cell division.
