Really depends on how it's loaded. The most unstable configuration when it comes to tractor-trailers are the triples combinations, consisting of three 27' pup trailers, connected by A-dollies. These could be made more stable by using C congears instead, but it's not required by the FMCSA.

Check the wiring for your trailer plug. You most likely have a bad ground back there
Odds are you most likely have a flat battery....
The starter relay, solenoid or starter itself most likely is bad. If you hear clicking from the starter when you turn the key, then the starter is most likely the cause.
Most likely it needs new spark-plugs.
Check to see that you did not attach the wires from the trailer to the vehicle backwards. Also the most important thing is to be Sure that the trailer is grounded to the vehicle. The trailer ball does NOT always give you proper grounding.Run a wire attached to the trailer to the car. Or hook a set of jumper cables to both. Sometimes electricity takes the path of least resistance and can bleed over.
Check the battery ... Most likely needs replacing with a new one.
your timing belt is most likely broken, recommend not to keep trying to turn it on. seek a mechanic
Most likely a dead battery or bad cables. Or worse could be your alternator
