The London Underground does not go to Norwich, it only goes as far as the suburbs. Norwich has a mainline station with direct trains to London Liverpool Street.
get on the train to Liverpool street and then get the central line westbound to oxford circus.
On the line, these are Watford Junction, Milton Keynes, Northampton, Rugby, Litchfield Trent Valley, Stafford, Crewe and Runcorn. The direct trains between London and Liverpool only stops at Stafford and Runcorn.

Liverpool is a city and Kent is a county so it would depend on which part of Kent you are travelling to. Maidstone is the county town and the journey to there takes about four hours. However, there are no direct trains from Liverpool to anywhere in Kent - you will have to change trains (and stations) in London.

You can't. The London Underground and London Buses only go as far as the suburbs. You can get direct, mainline trains from all major towns in Kent to central London, including Ashford, Chatham, Margate/Ramsgate, Maidstone, Folkestone, Tunbridge Wells and Dover. The fastest trains go to London St Pancras, others go to London Charing Cross and London Bridge stations.
