The ACR needs stopping power because it is not that powerful. The iron sights on the ACR are pretty awesome so I would advise you to use the silencer or FMJ but if you don't like the sights use the holographic sight because it is more accurate than the red dot sight as it has a 2.6mm zoom or use the red dot if you are more comfortable with it but I would recommend the holographic sight. You don't need scavenger if you are using stopping power but I do so if you want to you could use sleight of hand. For your third perk you definitely need Ninja Pro, why.... because many people who have MW2 have a gaming headset. I use a TURTLE BEACH PX21 on my ps3 which i would recommend for the ps3 and xbox and i would also recommend the TRITTON AX720 which is great for both ps3 which you can use for the XBOX but I would recommend the Astro or The Turtle Beach X31 but if you have a lot of money and you are really serious about MW2 go and buy yourself the best headset which is the Turtle Beach X41 or The ASTRO A40 and these will help you out a lot to hear enemies footsteps.
