France and Britain declared war onto Nazi Germany on September 1st 1939. This was the official date of the starting of World War 2.
The first two countries to go into WW2 were Nazi Germany and Poland prior to the invasion of Poland by Nazi Germany.
acutally the only country germany declared war on was the united states no other country only them. why u ask well germany didn't declare war on any other countries because the other countries they were at war with already declared on germany and there was no need to declare war on them

Germany was the first country to declare war on Serbia in World War 1. The other countries were pulled into the war because the had alliances with either Serbia or Germany.
Germany
If this question is in reference to World War II, most countries declared war on Germany because Germany declared war on them.
Germany actually did not encourage Austria-Hungary to declare with Serbia since it was not the first country to declare war on another during World War I. Austria-Hungary and Serbia were the first countries to enter World War I, only weeks before Germany joined in to help Austria-Hungary and the other Central Powers.
In the Thirties, Germany occupied Austria and, later, Czechoslovakia. On September 1, 1939, Germany invaded Poland, which triggered World War II. Germany then invaded numerous other countries including most of Europe and north Africa.
Germany started a series of invasions of neighboring Countries. France and England had a treaty with Poland to mutually defend each other. When Germany invaded Poland It was ON!
I presume you mean 'started'. Germany and Austria wre the first to declare war.
