Black and Caspian seas
The Arctic Ocean borders Eastern Europe. The Atlantic Ocean also borders Eastern Europe through the Mediterranean and Black Seas.
Eastern Europe is bordered by Western Europe and Asia as well as the Mediterranean and Black Seas.
There are actually ten seas that border southern Europe. These seas include the Alboran, Balearic, Ligurian, Tyrrhenian, Adriatic, Aegean, Ionian, Sea of Marmara, Black, and the Mediterranean.
