"Discovered" is really the wrong word here. The idea of plotting the temperatures of stars against their luminosity, and thus gleaning useful information about the evolution of stars, is credited to Ejnar Hertzsprung and Henry Norris Russell.

The Hertzsprung-Russell diagram turned out to be a very useful tool in understanding how stars change as they age.

Two astronomers were separately involved in this, around the year 1905.

They were:

Einar Hertzsprung and Henry Norris Russell.

Hence the name of the famous Hertzsprung-Russell diagram.

Who discovered the relationships between stars temperature and the brightness?

Ejnar Hertzsprung and Henry Norris Russell, working independently, realized the relationship between a star's temperature and its brightness.Together, in 1910, they formed what is now known as the Hertzsprung--Russell diagram or HR Diagram. It's a scatter graph showing the relationship between a star's absolute magnitudes, their spectral types and temperatures.

Who was the first to classify stars by their brightness?

The relationship between a star's temperature and brightness was discovered independently around 1910 by Ejnar Hertzsprung and Henry Norris Russell. The relationship between these to parameters is depicted in a Hertzsprung-Russell diagram or H-R diagram.

What is the relationship between temperature and viscosity?

There is an inverse relationship between temperature and viscosity. That is, as the temperature increases, the viscosity decreases (the fluidity increases. However, the exact nature of the relationship is far from straightforward.
