The black death was the worst in cities in western Europe. The rats and fleas from the boats would travel to the ports and the disease would spread wherever it stopped. Spain and France had it the worst.
The Black Plague is a disease that spread throughout Europe and Asia. It was carried to Europe on Asian merchants' ships which had black rats which carried fleas which carried a type of bacteria. It killed about a third of the people in Europe.
The worst complication is death.
Scandinavia was relatively unaffected by the plague in Europe.
