Muscle Tissue.
Fatty Tissue in the body metabolizes (burns) food more slowly then muscle. For this reason, a person with a high fat-to-muscle ratio metabolizes food more slowly than a person of the same weight with more muscle. That is, two people of the same weight may metabolize food at different rates, depending on their distribution of muscle and fat.
In other words when you start working out and building muscle, your fat turns into muscle making your muscle tissue burn your food faster. Thus the reason for weight loss.
Calories are burned in the muscle tissue. Males have more muscle tissue and are therefore able to loose weight easier.
It metabolizes fat and flushes out waste product (by urinating)
Muscle tissue.
It depends. Gaining is faster if you focus on pounding food. For a lot of people it is definitely easier (and this faster). But losing weight might be faster if you find yourself without food (or more likely, less food) for days at a time. If you have equal opportunity, it's probably better to assume that gaining is faster since eating is usually more desirable than not eating.
The limitation of height-weight tables is that they do not distinguish between weight of human fatty tissue and weight of lean muscle tissue.
Muscle
It metabolizes at a rather constant rate (regardless of weight, gender, etc.) of .015 BAC per hour.
Apples are examples of fruits that make you lose weight faster
compact tissue
How many calories you consume per day is very important when you are trying to loose weight. If you follow a weight loss meal plan it will help you keep track of how many calories a day you are consuming and make it much easier and faster to loose weight.
They really don't lose weight faster it looks like it becuz of the muscels but they don't
Faster than with no weight on it, yes. Faster than with an adult on it, no.
