Once you arrive I would take the London Underground. The Piccadilly line runs from all Heathrow terminals to the centre of London. Get a Tube Map from an Underground station, then you can find your way anywhere.
From the airport you can catch the train. The train will take you to a station called Sants, where you can get off and catch the metro. Take the blue metro line only one stop to Plaça de Sants and here change to the red line only one to Hostafrancs. From there you can easily walk to your Hotel.
