The GRE is the Graduate Record Examination, required at most US universities for entrance into a graduate (Masters or Ph.D.) program. the TOEFL is the Test of English as a Foreign Language, required by students for whom English is not their first language for acceptance to most US universities for undergraduate or graduate studies.
TOEFL is recognized by most universities in the world. And accepted by all universities in the U.S. About 10,000 universities in 130 countries accept TOEFL, including Canada, the UK, and Australia. All top 100 universities in the world accept TOEFL.
Colleges usually don't require GMAT score for the MIB program, there is a option of ielts or toefl score.
good universities
Admissions to the Bachelor program at Megatrend requires a completed application, high school diploma, application fee of 200 euros, letter of motivation, copy of passport, and proof of fluency in English through the TOEFL, IELTS, or Cambridge certificates. Admissions to the Graduate program requires all of the above in addition to two letters of recommendation and completed essays.
It would have helped to know the name of the university. However, there are many colleges and universities that require the TOEFL for individuals whose first language is not English. If the school makes no mention of it, then I would assume they do not include this as a part of their admissions procedure. Now, many students attempt to bypass the TOEFL and do not indicate that English is not their first language if asked, and this will present problems for the student once they are admitted. I would suggest you contact the institution and inquire whether the school requires a TOEFL anyway, just to make sure. In the long run it will be much better, and you will be able to continue without interruption.
67 is not a very good TOEFL iBT score because the TOEFL score cutoff for most universities is around 75-80. That being said, if you're planning on applying to not very highly ranked universities then 67 should do fine. I'd still suggest you study well and retake the exam so that your chances of admission improve. (I got a 117 FYI)
TOEFL=Test Of English As Foreign Language
No, there are vast discrepancies between the two format. In short, in TOEFL iBT there are Integrated tasks in TOEFL Speaking and TOEFL Writing sections which are missing in PBT. There are also differences in TOEFL Reading and Listening section that basically make the iBT guide book useless for PBT exam.

Similar to my previous answer, the community college offers TOEFL classes that are just as good as the surrounding colleges and universities. It also offers lower tuition.
