Whisky is not for everyone, it is something for each person to try and if you don't like it then don't drink it! I drink single malt whisky and I love it. most people don't understand how to enjoy drinking whisky? people have even mixed it!!!! with coke or something else? single malt needs to be drank neat, it the only way to enjoy it. There is a big difference in taste between the blended whiskies (like J&B and others) and single malts. Single malt whisky is a whisky that comes from 1 single distillery, and is more tasteful and exclusive than a blend. Because of that it has a better quality, more exclusive taste and is more expensive than blended whiskies. That is why most people drink it straight, most of the times without ice (sometimes with a drop of water).
If spelled whisky (not whiskey) the i assume Scotch Whisky that is under Brittish regulation. Then Blend is any portion of grain whisky blended with malt whisky. Normally more grain than malt. It could also be a "blend malt whisky" then it is all malt whisky but from more than one dstillery.

Slightly more is the "Blended Malt" Scotch Whisky for about $480NT ($16 USD). There is also a 12 Year, and older years too. All are blends. I haven't tried any of it yet, but it seems to be quite popular.
Most spirits and high-proof alcoholic beverages do not contain caffeine at all.
Scotch whiskey is any whiskey (regardless of grain type etc.) that is made in Scotland and produced according to the Scotch Whisky Regulations. Single whiskey is whiskey that is produced anywhere in the world (unless it's Single Scotch Whisky, Single Irish Whisky etc.) and that comes from exactly one distillery. The distillery may bottle a single barrel or may mix together many different casks - as long as these all come from that one distillery, it's still "single".
No, it is a single malt Scotch whisky
