There are probably stories of bad customer service for every wireless carrier in the world, but T-Mobile and AT&T seem to have been voted the worst customer service recently.
No... i think Sprint is
AT&T was voted the worst cell-phone service provider in 2010 by readers of Consumer Reports. The results are based on the opinions of more than 58000 ConsumerReports.org subscribers, who provided feedback on their customer service and overall satisfaction. I have heard great things about AT&T services. They are extremely reliable and the prices are affordable. Their customer service is friendly also. Stay away from ATT and COMCAST THEY BOTH SUCK AND THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE THE WORST THEY WILL GIVE YOU THE RUNAROUND. LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!
Because they' have the worst customer service known to man.
I have traveled many countries. In comparison with American , European and Australian Japan is the best costumer service in the world I suppose.
i have a couple ideas only.... #1. it is not geared towards women... menards and lowes are #2. customer service is the worst... slow to service and lacking in knowledge of the products the store sells...
When you have a wireless internet service, you should know that, if you leave it unsecured, as in, without password protection, then literally anybody who's in the area and carrying a wireless device can piggyback on your connection. At the least, this will result in slower internet, and at the worst, it could be an identity thief or hacker stealing information from you. As soon as you set up your wireless internet service, set it up with a password. The last thing in the world you need is for someone to steal your email password or financial information due to an unsecured connection.
A bad brand is one that has a bad reputation. I just was at Yahoo the other day where it listed companies with the worst customer service. All the companies are well known but for some once they see any of those companies logo the first think poor customer service.
Absolutely not. One of the worst brands out there do not buy it if you have a choice. Terrible durablility and customer service. I write this in caps for a reason. Do not buy a merano sax.
That is a matter of opinion, but I would say e-machines. they have low end computers with short lifespans. Their customer service is useless if you do not have a degree in IT, in which case you already know more then anyone working their customer service so your better off just figuring out the problem for yourself. They are dishonest, and in my experience, very unethical.
For just about the whole country it's DMV.
Empathize rather than sympathizing. Show your expertise on the product/service in question, some authority on what you can/cannot do for the customer and thirdly reassure him/her that you will do your best to save the customer some precious time and the unwanted frustration. In the worst case offer an alternate product offered by another company and refund their money.
