Dark blue is positive and light blue negative on right side and brown positive and yellow negative on the left.

Remove the covers to your 2000 Chevy Malibu rear speakers. Remove the speaker retaining screws. Remove the wiring harness from the back of the speakers. Reverse the process to install your new rear speakers.

4x6 ...On the new speakers the big wire connector is the positive (+) .....the left positive speaker wire is Tan.... The right Positive wire is Lt. Green
I am 99% positive that your Malibu does not have a cam belt, but instead has a cam chain. Look in your owner's manual or call your local Chevy dealer to be 100% sure.
Remove the positive battery cable from your 2000 Chevy Malibu battery. Remove the cables from the front of the starter. Remove the starter retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install your new starter.
