Well, I am planning on going into the Literal Arts, and thereby I know a lot about the English language and its rules and ways. A character's perspective means what the character sees, such as first person, using the words I, me, and mine. Second person- uncommonly used, using words like you, we're, and me. Then third person, meaning an outer person, narrator, or observer, meaning they use words such as they, them, he, she, it. The word perspective itself sounds like perceive. The exact definition to perceive is to become aware of directly through any of the senses, especially sight or hearing.
