Statistically they are the same. There may be more black men with above average length worldwide because there are more black people worldwide than white people but when you average things out they are roughly the same. Some people my be surprised to find out that the man with the largest at least in terms of length, from the pubic bone to the tip of the glans not counting foreskin, that has been independently verified and documented belongs to a white man.
