No you cannot get robbed on animal crossing city folk, the way to get stuff taken from you is if you leave something on the ground and another player in your town like, your sister or your brother or whoever else plays the game with you takes it, or if one of your friends from another town take it. Other animals cannot take your stuff animal crossing unless you sell it to them
