No. Superman is a superhero. His human incarnation, Clark Kent, is a newspaper reporter. However, while he isn't a lawyer, he has acted as council for the defense in a few stories... usually in some sort of alien court, and the defendant is most often another superhero.

Clark Kent wore the glasses to keep people from being able to easily recognize him as Superman- but the producers for this very old show must not have thought about ordinary people seeing him with them off if they did not give any strange reaction to seeing him without them. That techincally would knock out the whole purpose in him even needing them if people did not figure out he was Superman when he did not have them on as Clark Kent.
Superman, Batman doesn't have any powers
Superman The "S" on superman's suit stands for super...because his name is Superman and he is super.
