The model 50 was made by F/N using a high Standard chrome lined barrel The models 50, 51, 51-L and 52 were made by by high standard using actions made by FN for teh 50 and 51 by HVA for teh 51-L and Sako for the 52 There were all marked 583.xx where teh 583 is teh vendor code for High Standard http://www.histandard.info/PDF/Sears%20CF%20Rifles.pdf
