As far as I read the real Alison has not died. (SPOLIER ALERT) Courtney is the one who dies and the one who is really friends with the liars, Alison dosen't even know them. She and her twin get switched (courtney is mental that is why she makes her friends do crazy things)So Alison goes to the mental place and Courtney is in Alison's place. Ali killed Courtney the one who you guys know as Ali. The real Ali wants revenge and kills her sister. She originally was best friends with Mona (REAL ALI) and then Mona died and Ali feels like her life is ruinend so she is A and wants to get revenge.

about 1.5 million in 1941 about 3 million in 1942 about 1.5 million between 1943 and the end of the war. But Hitler had little to do with it, apart from approving it. He was neither the instigator nor the planner.
