Here is a list of what cats Tigerclaw murdered or tried to.
Redtail - Tigerclaw hoped he would become deputy after his death
Bluestar - He TRIED to kill her after he was named deputy
Runningwind - Cause he felt like it
Brindleface - He used her as bait for the dog pack to attack the ThunderClan camp.
Cinderpaw/pelt - He made a trap for Bluestar at the Thunderpath but Cinderpaw fell for it
Firepaw/heart/star - Tigerclaw tried to kill him at least SEVEN times.
Scourge - Tried to kill him but Scourge ended up killing Tigerstar.
Gorsepaw-To show what would happen if windclan would not join Tigerclan.
Stonefur - Because he didn't have full clan blood
Swiftpaw+Brightpaw(Brightheart/Lostface) - He led the dog pack to the forest killing Swiftpaw and ripping up Brightpaw's face...
(Darkstripes murdering)
Sorrelkit - She saw Darkstripe talking to Blackfoot, and as Darkstripe came back he realized that and tried to kill her with deathberries(yew). (She survived)

Some of the cats Tigerstar has killed or tried to kill in the Warriors series include Redtail, Brindleface, Scourge, Cinderpelt, and Firestar. Tigerstar's thirst for power and ruthlessness make him a dangerous antagonist in the series.

Did Tigerstar kill Brindleface?
Yes, Tigerstar killed Brindleface in the fifth book "A Dangerous Path". Tigerstar used Brindleface's dead body to lure the pack of dogs toward the ThunderClan camp, where they can destroy the camp and kill the Clan cats, especially Bluestar who was on her last life.
Why is Tigerstar in the dark Forest?

He attempted to kill his own leader and the deputy after him, Firestar. He continuously battled Firestar, even after death, resulting his spirit to be killed by Firestar.
