there is no real proof to which it is. there are people who like each but it has not reavealed yet who goes out with naruto. naruto is revealed to like sakura(like a crush in part one and loves her in part 2) and sakura confesses for him, but we're not sure if she is lying or telling the truth. Naruto might like hinata more than a friend, but he hasn't shown any hints about that. Hinata did confess to naruto, but he said nothing to be honest lets all let kishimoto-san decide...
