The Fantasy Jungle has a lot of rankings and one of their sleeper quarterbacks for this season is Matt Schaub. They have all the rankings listed at http://www.fantasyjungle.com
I was listening to The Fantasy Jungle podcast the other day and they were talking about a couple of the rookies as being sleeper kickers, both Taylor Mehlhaff of the Saints and Brandon Coutu of the Seahawks should get a lot of chances.
Sleeper Wideout is gonna be Lee Evans. Always forgotten with a team like Buffalo, Evans is capable of getting huge 80yrd bombs for TD as well as his normal 15-20yrd routes.
Like it or not, the Sleeper QB of 08 is going to be Jason Campbell. He started to peak his head last season and has nothing but blue skies ahead of him with the elusive Santana Moss, and big man Chris Cooley.
Jason Witten, TE DAL, possibly Antonio Gates, TE SD
I believe that the Saints will be a sleeper defense in 2008. With the addition of Jonathan Vilma, McRay, and the rookie Ellis I think they'll improve greatly over 2007. If you check out my website (listed in my profile) you'll see that I provide defense rankings for all teams in the NFL, with sleeper tags. Hope this helps.
Look for Mike Nugent (NYJ) to have a big year. He has a big boot (career long 54 yds) and he is on a team that chokes in the Red Zone and often has to resort to 40yarders.
It already has. Fantasy Football Hall of Fame @ www.fantasyfootballhalloffame.com is the bomb!
I'm calling Aaron Stecker as the #1 Sleeper Back. With Reggie Bush not being able to handle his share in the NO rushing game, Brees is going to need to look for Stecker to carry the team in the Red Zone along with the 3rd down carries.
The TE drafting will go in this order IMO. 1) Antonio Gates (SD) 2) Tony Gonzales (KC) 3) Kellen Winslow (CLE) 4) Ben Watson (NE) 5) Jason Witten (DAL) 6) Dallas Clark (IND) Sleeper: Randy McMichael (STL)
The Sleeper - 2008 was released on: USA: 12 June 2008 (DVD premiere)
